Q: Can I visit your shop to browse products?
A: To ensure privacy and dedicated service, we operate By Appointment Only. We do not have a retail storefront for walk-ins. We offer a mobile “concierge” service where we travel to you (within the Meridian, MS area) for consultations.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available for appointments during the following times:
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Q: Can I use my own image for engraving?
A: Yes. Images must be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) for a clean burn. We prefer SVG or high-quality PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Black and white line art works best.
Q: Do you ship products?

- Non-Firearm Items: Yes, we ship custom laser projects nationwide.
- Firearms: We can ship firearms ONLY to another licensed FFL. We cannot ship complete firearms directly to your home.
Q: How much does custom engraving cost?
